Mr. Hiren Sanghvi

Acquisition – Conceptulising- Govt liaisoning – Construction

Mr. Hiren Sanghvi, aged about 45 years, He is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and an MBA from chetna’s institute of management studies specializing in finance from Mumbai.
He ventured into real estate and infrastructure development market in 2010 and has developed thorough insight into the field by undertaking various infra projects. - Govt infra projects, affordable housing projects, and digital marketing and sales of real estate. This has helped him have an integrated presence in the sector. Sound financial understanding and back ground has helped him form very good network in a short span of time.
He has 20 years of experience of which 8 years in financial services industry and money management. He has worked with companies like Mafatlal securities, Birla sun life securities and focus group at senior management level, trading global markets.
He has also served at a few B-schools in Bombay as visiting faculty including SIES institute of Mgmt studies. Where his core subjects were fixed income securities and financial derivatives.

Mr. Bhanupratap Chaurasia

Sales & Marketing, General Administration, Accounts, HR

Mr. Bhanupratap Chaurasia is 50 years old Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He has been active in the construction and marketing of affordable housing arena for more than 12 years. He looks after the sales and marketing, day today operations and accounts of the HB group.

MRS. Uresh Sandeep Seth is 44 years old commerce graduate from mumbai university. She has very vast experience and understanding of finacial market and mutual fund industry. She is actively involved and looks after accounts and finance of the HB group of companies.
